A Thankfull Prayer, Happy Thanksgiving!!!

If I never had or made a chance to say,

thank You, for my life to You now I pray...

God, to You I give my heart and soul,

from Your words I'll learn slow.

This time I want to understand

so when my time comes by Your side I can stand...

Father, let me not be sorry for what in this life for you I have not done,

use me to do all Your will, before my time here is gone...

Even in my time of darkness, let me be for someone their brightest light.

When I'm weak, let me be someone's reason to put out their best fight.

And if I'm not around to see my sons becoming a man,

please make sure that they always be a part of your plan...

Father, in this life I have found true love so real so rare...

And even though I lost this great gift, I still have plenty love to spare.

I've giving my all with open heart, asking for nothing back.

Faith in you got me through the worst of life's attack.

I'm sure there isn't anything I may say that you don't know,

but father in peace I now can go....

In name of Your son Jesus Christ I come to You,

forever grateful, loving You as You has always love me too...

From your heart - and just what this sister needed after reading some rather down and discouraging pieces - this to get my eyes where they belong - looking up to Him who is able to keep that which I have committed unto him against that day... HE is coming and it looks like it could be sooner rather than later,eh? Marijo
