In a world run by greed, lies, and selfishness, many new college graduates, old timers that never had a chance to finish school, women who dedicated their life to their families and now find themselves search to fit in the work force, man who have dedicated their entire lives to one job, one carrier and now stand on the unemployed line, we are all facing a very discouraging time in our lives, but because we can not see what we need, or where we want to be we must discover within us what God made us to be, and how to get there.

Well; I think that we all know that the best way to achieve SUCCESS is through PASSION, what we must have for what we are trying to ACCOMPLISH, than DETERMINATION, as we all know that most likely in life it will be many failures before success comes along, and the world, and the people in it will be quick to say how impossible, and how hard will be for us to reach our goal, but we also must do it all with HONOR, so nothing ever comes out of the closet in wrong times about our wrong past actions, and in all we do, we must BELIEVE, have FAITH in, specially for those day where what we envision is so far off from what we are facing, and finally we must always keep HOPE alive, because without hope the fire within dies, our strength grows weak, and our DREAMS cease to be.

So the key seem to be clear, we must adapt to these ever changing world, we must transform our pains and tears into rivers of joy wherever we go, we must work hard in what we believe, not just because it is the right thing to do, but because determination strengthens our walk, and help us get to our goals quicker, and in each step of the way there we must do it all with honor, respect, kindness, and care for everyone we come in contact with, as we never know who God will place and where He will place them along our journey.

We must believe in what we are doing for a purpose greater than ourselves, we must stand faithful in all the things God said, and together as ONE be what God all along made us to be, "THE SALT, AND LIGHT TO THE WORLD"!

So remember that success is achieved through passion, and much determination, being honest, believing full hearted in what we are doing, and doing it all with a strong faith in God to hold our hope alive through the worst till our dreams can become reality!
