What If God Granted Me Three Wishes...

I love how story tales makes us wonder, dream beyond our walls, reach out to what for us is an impossibility, and how it constant makes room for the what ifs in life, it gives room for those who dare to dream to fly in the canvas of their imagination, but one in specific does stand out; The three wishes lamp.

Such a simple concept, yet such a complicated probabilities in the outcomes of our choices, so easy to quickly ask, yet so hard to eternally live with its consequences...

So, as I was ask given the task this weak to write about what would be my Three wishes, it hit me hard of how easy it is to throw such a blessing away, we immediately think about all the great things we want to do for us and for the ones around us, for things that may make a difference in our and others life, but than I took a brake and just asked myself what is it I would ask God for, if He granted me three wishes, and after a few days this is what I came out with:

_ Wish number one would be without a doubt to have God's wisdom, because without I would always be doomed to make mistakes and loose whatever I was granted, and even if I was able to have all the knowledge of the world I would still be lost without the wisdom to use it, but I guess the true reason is that no matter what life may er placed in my way, don't matter where I find myself in it, with Gods wisdom I will always know how to endure, how to avoid when possible, and how to overcome, and not only my situations but the ones who ever just ask, or for those who take a chance in listening as I am sure I would very freely share it with all around...

_ Wish number two would have to be health, because without it we can not enjoy much in life even with all the money in these world, a fragile body can not outlast a brutal world. And I know that even though I don't want to die young I don't want to live too long, so long that I have to be watched over, I simply want to see my sons grow up, get married, be a grandfather, and above all happily sit aside as the world going by and touch as many lives along the way as I can possibly touch with this immense Love God has given me...

_ Wish number three is the easiest wish to ask for, because without it nothing in life makes sense, the world stops, and no amount of money can buy it, as it is absolutely free, I would wish for an eternal peaceful and happy Love, a love that will always keep on giving, that has the power to transform the coldest heart into a warm soul, to renew and heal the worst of the worst, to lift and strengthen the weakest of the weak, a love that can be seeing felt, and pass it on and on to all around, contagious, vibrant, a power able to light the darkest places in life, I would ask for Your love my God, because I know that with It comes unending mercy and grace, and whomever you place in my path in life to become my life mate will be the perfect one for me...

So, in a world of fairy tales and happy ends I would find a way to make my reality true happiness, healthy, living life with true Wisdom from God and I would top it all off with His amazing and unending Love, that would be my three wishes, wishes that would fulfill my heart and guide me through life's most difficult trials with a smile on my face and love in my heart!
